I'm trying to figure out how to submit a support ticket in Azure, following the guidance from Microsoft. It says that if I'm still unable to resolve my issue, I should select 'Return to support request' and then 'Next'. However, I can't find any 'Return to support request' link or button, and all I see are some diagnostics that aren't helpful. I really want to submit a ticket since I've already purchased support.

It might help to know which support plan you have. There have been updates regarding the developer plan that affect how you access support. If you need specific help, posting in the Learn Q&A community might be your best option unless you're on a standard plan.
Just keep pushing on the diagnostics screen; there should be an option that allows you to escalate your issue. Sometimes, you may need to dig around a bit to find the right link.
You might want to check the Azure support link directly. I haven't filed a support request myself, but that's where I usually go to find help with Azure services. Just keep in mind that it may direct you to an AI agent.
Also, be aware of any recent changes in the support process; they might affect how you can submit a request.
Yeah, that link mostly takes you to see your diagnostics instead of help. It's pretty frustrating.
