How do you manage switching between multiple Microsoft 365 tenants efficiently?

I've been juggling several client Microsoft 365 tenants, constantly hopping between admin.microsoft.com, Entra, and Exchange Online. For the longest time, I relied on a chaotic mix of browser profiles and InPrivate windows, but that led to frustrating issues with cross-tenant cookies and session overlaps. It was such a hassle! So, I ended up creating a small desktop tool that isolates each tenant in its own browser profile, allowing me to switch with a single click. I'm really curious to know how others are handling this situation. Are you using scripts, profiles, or any other clever solutions? If anyone wants to know more about the tool I built, I'm happy to share in the comments!

I've been using Firefox with the containers addon along with some tab management extensions. I create a container for each tenant and MS account, which simplifies switching. Plus, it's nice having my accounts neatly organized.

For those juggling a few tenants, just browser profiles might suffice. If you've got more than a handful, I'd recommend looking into Azure Lighthouse or the CIPP project. They're designed for multi-tenant management and could save a lot of time.

I really love Firefox's Multi-Account Containers. It makes managing different tenants super easy as tabs are entirely isolated from each other and color-coded, making it easy to keep track. Just beware of extensions that might conflict!

I've found that using a Firefox extension works wonders. It allows each tab to operate as a separate virtual profile, which really helps in managing multiple tenants without the headaches of cookie sharing.

I handle about 30 to 40 browser profiles on Microsoft Edge. I haven't had any issues with sessions leaking into each other, as Edge keeps them nicely isolated. Just sign into Edge, and you're all set for MS365.
