Hey everyone! I'm curious about how you're making the leap from design to code these days. I used to find it pretty easy with Figma—there was that 'inspect' tab that let you view designs as code. You can still get CSS from a Figma file by selecting 'copy as CSS', and there are third-party plugins that can help export Figma designs directly as code. I believe Adobe had something similar with XD, but it's now in maintenance mode, so not sure if it's still useful if you're on that plan. I feel like it should be simpler to convert a design file into code, considering there are so many ways to code the same design. Is this process not as popular as I thought? I figured most designers create a webpage or app design and pass it on to a developer. Would love to hear your thoughts!

PenPot is my go-to, too! It's just so user-friendly for design and development work.
Honestly, it often comes down to having a human who understands HTML and CSS. I may use Figma to look at designs, but that’s just part of the process. You still need someone who can translate those visuals into functional code.
For me, it’s pretty straightforward: I just look at the design and start coding. It’s not a magic trick—you really need to develop an eye for it.
