I think your build is solid overall! But I’d recommend reevaluating some parts. The PSU isn't necessary at 1000 watts; a good quality 850 watt would be plenty for your setup. Plus, while 64GB RAM might seem nice, unless you're tackling super heavy workloads, you can save a bit by going with a lower capacity. And definitely consider the cooler—there are more budget-friendly options that work just as well for the AM5 processor.
Honestly, $270 for that B850 motherboard seems steep. You might find a perfectly good one around $170 that does the job. Also, the 7900XTX isn’t the best choice for video editing; the latest RTX 5080 would serve you better with CUDA support. For the power supply, you probably don't need 1000 watts—an 850 watt would be more than sufficient and save you some cash. I’d also suggest scaling down the RAM to around 48GB; 64GB might be overkill for most users. And as for that NZXT cooler, I've heard it's not really the best pick for the AM5 socket—maybe consider something like the Thermalright instead?
Just to add, in my area the cheapest B850 is $230, so you're kind of in line with market rates. However, the RTX 5080 is priced way above MSRP around $1230. It’s definitely food for thought regarding the RAM; single rank sticks can make a difference if you're planning to use EXPO. And yeah, I’d keep an eye on reviews for the Kraken—NZXT's had some complaints lately.

Completely agree on the PSU and RAM! You can save some funds there for upgrading other components. And dealing with cooling, it might be worth checking user reviews on alternatives for better reliability.
