How long does it take for my Google Site to show up on my Pork Bun domain?

Hey everyone! I'm pretty new to website building, so I hope this isn't too basic of a question. I just created a site using Google Sites, and I connected the DNS to my Pork Bun domain. However, every time I visit my domain, it still shows the generic Pork Bun holding page. How long should it typically take for my site to show up? Thanks for any tips!

When you first update your DNS, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days (usually up to 48 hours) for the changes to completely propagate. If you’re still seeing the holding page, just check back regularly—it should update soon!

Typically, DNS changes can take a few hours to fully propagate. So if you’ve just set it up, be patient; you might see the old DNS records for a bit. A trick you can try is accessing your site from a different device or browser—it might speed up the process of seeing the updates.

It usually should be pretty quick on Pork Bun, but if it’s been over 48 hours, there might be an issue with the DNS settings. I recommend using a DNS Propagation Checker like whatsmydns.net or dnschecker.org to see how your changes are showing up across different servers.
