How Many Fans Do I Really Need for My PC Build?

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up for my first PC build, but I'm starting to freak out a bit over the air cooling setup. I've got the Lian Li A3 mesh case (with plastic at the front), an ASUS PRIME B650M-R motherboard, a Ryzen 7 7700X CPU, a Radeon 9070 XT GPU, and a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU cooler. I'm really overthinking the number of case fans I should use. Can anyone guide a newbie like me here?

I've got three 120mm fans for intake and one exhaust with a Dark Rock 4 cooler, and it's perfect for keeping my 7800X3D and 5090 cool. Just don't stress too much about it!

Thanks for the info! Did you set up your intakes at the bottom or the side?

Honestly, you mainly need to focus on keeping your temps safe. You could probably manage with just two fans—one for intake and one for exhaust. That should do the trick!

I'll keep that in mind, thanks! So one intake and one exhaust, right?
