I have a Thermalright Frozen Infinity AIO cooler, and I'm a bit worried about its reliability. How often do AIO coolers fail, and when can it become a serious issue? I'm particularly concerned about potential leaks and damage to my other components.

My Corsair H100i is over 10 years old and still going strong! It’s just in a spare setup now, but it has really held up. However, my new build has a different air cooler, just personal preference.
AIOs can experience pump failure or clogging, but that's more likely to happen around the 5-7 year mark. After 5 years, you'd probably want to think about replacing it anyway. Plus, with new tech coming out all the time, future models may also be quieter!
If you’re worried about the risks, a good air cooler could be a safer choice. They can handle any CPU out there, and you can find some decent models for under $40. Just remember, while leaks from AIOs are uncommon, they aren’t impossible!
Most AIOs come with a 5-year warranty, which seems to be the industry standard. I have a Phanteks model with the same warranty, but I’d consider upgrading it in about 2-3 years just to be safe.
