I recently watched a YouTube video where someone suggested using two NVMe SSDs in my PC: a 1TB SSD for "main stuff" and a 4TB SSD specifically for games and other applications. Can anyone explain what they mean by "main stuff" and how I can optimize the use of my SSDs?

When they mention "main stuff," they usually refer to your OS drive, where everything necessary for the computer's functionality resides. Personally, I prefer putting games on my NVMe drive and keeping my documents and important files backed up elsewhere to streamline backups. It also allows me to easily wipe and reinstall my OS without losing irreplaceable data. Just make sure to keep some free space on the OS drive for virtual memory, which Windows utilizes when needed.
