Hey everyone! I just finished building an office setup for my dad, but I'm a little stumped about how to connect his three monitors, which only have HDMI ports, to the Gigabyte Z890 EAGLE WIFI7 motherboard. I noticed the motherboard has only one DisplayPort, but it does feature a USB-C port as well. Should I go for a DisplayPort to 3 HDMI adapter, a USB-C to 3 HDMI adapter, or is there a more effective way to do this? Also, since there's no GPU in the build, would it be a good idea to snag a budget GPU (less than $50) that offers at least 3 HDMI outputs instead of messing with adapters? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If this is a brand new setup, consider returning the motherboard for one that has three video outputs. Here are two options you might like: check out the ASUS Prime B860M-A or the Gigabyte B860M Eagle Plus. They both support multiple outputs.
The easiest solution is to just grab a cheap video card. It’ll take the hassle out of adapters and ensure you get the best performance for all three monitors.
What resolution are the monitors? If it’s Windows, a DisplayPort MST hub might work well. Just keep in mind that it’s different from a splitter! A DP 1.2 hub can handle three 1080p screens, while the newer DP 1.4 can support three 4K displays at 60Hz.
Just a heads up, using a splitter won't give you three unique screens—it will mirror the same image. If you want distinct displays, a cheap GPU is your best bet!
Good point about the MST hub; that could really streamline the setup!
