I created a business website using WordPress and Elementor with the Astra theme. Although I made the necessary adjustments for mobile in Elementor and got the result I wanted, users are seeing a completely different layout when they visit my site on mobile devices. They even see a button at the bottom that lets them switch to desktop view, which shows the design I intended. If you have Jetpack or any AMP-related plugins, check and disable the mobile theme option they provide. Also, you could look into Astra’s settings under Appearance > Customize for anything related to mobile views that you can turn off. Double-check to clear all browser and plugin caches as well.
It sounds like your theme might be using separate templates for mobile and desktop. You probably updated the desktop view but didn't adjust the mobile one. Check your theme files to see how it's deciding what layout to show for mobile users. You might find where to align the two templates better.
