How to Fix Thermal and Power Throttling Issues?

I've been experiencing some major thermal and power throttling issues while gaming. Initially, I start off with high FPS around 350-400, but it drops down to between 60-150 FPS after about 10 minutes. I wonder if I need a new CPU cooler since I've already reapplied thermal paste. Here are my specs: CPU is an Ultra 7 265K, GPU is a 5070 TI, and my motherboard is an MSI Tomahawk Z890. I'm using an H115i CPU cooler. I would appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips!

Have you checked if the pump on your AIO cooler is working? Sometimes people forget to remove the protective plastic film on the bottom of the cooler when they install it. That could totally mess with cooling performance!

I'm not sure if the pump is working. I moved it from an older build and just thought my issues were with the GPU or motherboard before I decided to upgrade my whole system. Now, I'm not so sure if it's the H115i causing the problems.

Sounds like your cooling setup might not be cutting it with your current build. The H115i is generally solid, but if the pump isn't functioning properly, or if there's a blockage, that could lead to thermal throttling. I’d suggest checking those factors out first before considering a new cooler.
