I'm a student working on a final project that involves AWS Ground Station, and I came across a hiccup while trying to onboard a satellite. I found an old email address, [email protected], that supposedly was used for this purpose, but when I reached out, I was told that mailbox is no longer actively monitored and was directed to open a support case. My main concern is whether I really need to pay for that support case just to get NOAA 20 onboarded. Is there a better way to get this sorted out? Has anyone else faced similar issues with outdated contact info?

You should definitely try contacting AWS support through their customer service chat. It's free and often more reliable than email. I had a similar situation, and they were able to help me without charging for a support case.

I've opened a web case, but I will give the chat a shot too and see how that goes. Thanks for the tip!
