I recently downloaded a script executor for Roblox on my backup computer, where my secondary Google account was logged in. When I tried to open the executor, nothing started even though it seemed like it was loading. The video tutorial I watched suggested it might be flagged as a virus, so I permitted it to run despite the warning, but it closed after a few seconds. Now, I'm worried I might have caught a virus. After restarting my computer and uninstalling the executor, I noticed strange things happening. I received emails asking for password changes for game accounts and a message from Google about suspicious activity on my account. I've since changed my Google password and logged out of all devices. Could I have gotten spyware? What should I do next?

You likely have malware. First off, change each password saved in your browser on that device (do it on another device to be safe). Enable 2FA for your accounts and check for any unknown locations where they might be logged in. You can run a free malware scan with tools like HitmanPro or Malwarebytes to check for anything malicious before rebooting. Reinstalling Windows is an option for peace of mind but it might be overkill unless you really feel it's necessary.
Malwarebytes is solid. I’ve used it for years, and don’t forget to enable the rootkit scan option; it takes longer but is definitely worth it.
If you suspect malware is present, the safest bet is to wipe your PC and reinstall Windows. Don't forget to change all your passwords and set up two-factor authentication (2FA). And seriously, try to avoid downloading sketchy stuff in the future; that video you watched made it way too easy for attackers to gain access.

I was considering formatting, but I need Excel for a network I use with other computers. It seems like it's not spreading across the network, but I'll give those antivirus options a try.
