I'm using Windows 11 and have been trying to change certain registry keys from 1 to 0, but every time I do this, they reset back to their original values. Additionally, if I try to delete these keys, they reappear within seconds. This issue seems to only affect specific keys. Since multiple people use this PC, I'm concerned that a service might be restoring them to their default state. What steps can I take to permanently edit these registry keys?
