I need some help! My dad was upgrading his B660 DS3H AC motherboard and accidentally triggered the BIOS flash button without an actual flash drive connected to the USB port. Now, the motherboard just spins the fans and shows a red blinking light. I've already tried power cycling it and clearing the CMOS, but nothing changes. Does anyone know how I can recover from this? Any tips or steps I can follow would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

To sort this out, you’ll want to complete the BIOS installation. Head over to the motherboard's manufacturer website, download the latest BIOS version, and save it on a small USB drive formatted to FAT32. After that, plug the drive in and hit the flash button once more. This should help you recover the BIOS properly!
Your best bet is definitely to download the BIOS from the manufacturer's site and carefully follow the installation instructions. However, I get it if these instructions aren't super clear or easy to find. If you're struggling to locate the right guidance, try reaching out to their customer support for help.
