I'm really concerned because my AIO liquid cooling is showing a temperature of 86 degrees Fahrenheit. It used to be around 30 degrees Fahrenheit just a couple of weeks ago. I checked and it still feels cool to the touch near the fans, but I want to know the best way to refill the cooling system. Does anyone have advice on what to check or how to refill it?

You might want to look at the pump instead of the liquid levels. If the CPU or GPU is hot but the radiator and tubes aren't warm, then the pump might not be working properly. That could be why your temperatures are so high.
Also, just a heads up, 30 degrees Celsius and 86 degrees Fahrenheit are actually the same temperature. Make sure you're checking your readings correctly!
Before assuming your liquid is low, check for leaks first. There are a lot of other factors that could cause the temp to spike. It's good that the fans are still cool, but let’s look deeper into this issue.
