How to Reset the User Authentication Token for Papercut’s Scan to SharePoint?

Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue with a user who has recently rejoined the company but is unable to use Papercut's Scan to SharePoint feature. Their M365 account was previously blocked, and even after changing their password and resyncing the user from Entra, they still can't scan to SharePoint. The Papercut logs indicate that the job is created correctly, but I see an error message: 'Invalid user auth token received.' Does anyone know how to reset or fix the user auth token in this scenario?

Hi there! This definitely sounds like a job for our support team. They might need to review the logs and other details to assist you better. It would be best to open a support ticket at their official support page to get this resolved.

Thanks, Brenda! Just a heads-up, I think the email mentioned earlier isn’t monitored anymore for support requests. Better to use the link instead!

You might want to try removing the user's permissions in the enterprise apps section, then re-authenticate them. Sometimes refreshing the permissions can help fix auth token issues.

I did check that, and while Papercut is set up as an enterprise app, I noticed there aren't any user permissions. When I looked deeper, it seems to be owned by another organization, so I'm not sure how to proceed from here.
