Hey everyone! I'm gearing up for an office relocation and planning to set up infrastructure for around 150 devices and 50-70 users. I'm considering going with Cisco Meraki gear for this. I'm curious to hear your experiences with it. Any tips or things I should watch out for, especially since I'm used to the traditional ASA and Cisco switch setups? Below is the equipment list I'm thinking of:

- (2) Meraki MX75 Firewalls (supports 200 users)
- (5) Cisco/Meraki MS150-48MP-4X 48-Port PoE++ Switches for access layer (240 Ports total)
- (3) Cisco/Meraki MS250-48 Switches for DMZ/Core Layer
- (6) Cisco/Meraki MR56 Access Points equipped with Wi-Fi 6

Thanks for your insights!

I've been pretty happy with Meraki overall, especially if you've got the budget to maintain it since you need to keep up with the licenses. If your payment stops, you definitely lose features, but it won't just stop working immediately. We generally buy long-term licenses, like ten years. Meraki's great for management—just get comfy with the API for easier scripting and automation.

That makes sense! I didn't realize there was a way to go about it more strategically with licensing. Any tips on how to get started with the API?
