So, I had a bit of a groggy moment after waking up from a nap and did something I usually wouldn't do. I opened the Gmail app on my iPhone and viewed a document sent to my work email. While in the document viewer, I clicked a button that said 'this is a secure document - open,' which then took me to a webpage in Safari. Realizing it was a scam, I quickly closed Safari and then re-opened it to close the tab. Now, I'm worried if I've accidentally let a virus onto my iPhone. My bank passwords are saved on this device, so I'm pretty anxious. I checked my downloads, and nothing seems to be there. Is there any real risk here? And if so, how can I fix it? Thanks a lot—I'll definitely be extra cautious moving forward!

Just to clarify, are you saying there's really no risk at all? I thought opening any links in emails could lead to trouble, even on iPhones.
Nope, you should be fine! There's no real malware for iOS devices like iPhones. Just make sure to delete that email and close any tabs still open in Safari, and you should be all set.
I get your concern, but really, iOS is quite secure against malware. Just delete the email and don’t stress about it!
