I recently clicked a shady link on Discord, thinking it would give me a special item for Roblox. Instead, it led to a phishing attack. After a few hours of digging, I realized that my two-factor authentication (2FA) codes weren't coming to my email. This got me worried that it started with that link. I checked online and confirmed it was malware. I've reported the issue to Roblox, but I'm still waiting to hear back and it seems the codes are intercepted. What should I do next?

It’s crucial to contact Roblox. By the way, this is another reminder of why SMS and email 2FA can be risky. If someone has access to your email, they can get those codes too. Better to switch to an authenticator app for enhanced security!
First things first, definitely reach out to Roblox support. There's not much we can do here, and you'll want to change your passwords as soon as you can. If you're completely locked out, your only option is to wait for Roblox support to get back to you.
So should I reach them through their tech support?
