I've been experiencing some frustrating boot issues with my PC, particularly after I restart it. When I try to power it on, the system will sometimes just spin up and then stop, and it can take a few attempts to get it going. Often, I'll get a weird message about the computer not starting correctly before it eventually boots into Windows 11. I've already tried reseating my RAM and GPU, but that hasn't helped. I'm reluctant to reinstall the CPU as it seems like a lot of work - that's something I'd prefer to avoid unless absolutely necessary. Any ideas on what could be causing this or how I might fix it?

Just a quick note—before you start making any changes to your BIOS or disk setup, make sure to back up your data. It’s really easy to accidentally lose files when tweaking settings.
It sounds like your power button might be faulty. Sometimes, if it gets stuck, it can cause your PC to turn off unexpectedly. A quick test you can try is to disconnect the power button cable from your motherboard and short the two pins with a flathead screwdriver. If your PC stays on that way, then you’ve found the culprit! What motherboard do you have? I can help you locate the pins if needed.
I checked, and my motherboard is an Asrock B560M-C. What should I do next?

I don't know the exact model, but I can find it easily. Is there a specific way I can check?
