I'm having trouble updating my iPhone 11 to the latest iOS version. It says I don't have enough storage even though I have over 10GB free. When I try updating through my PC, the process either gets interrupted with a 'corrupted update data' message or it freezes about two-thirds of the way through. I'm currently stuck and can't check my iOS version. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If the update is getting hung up at a certain point, it could be worth checking if the IPSW file for your model is pre-downloaded. That can sometimes help if the automatic download is causing issues. Just remember, though, to check the model number beforehand.
It sounds really frustrating! Have you checked if you're using the newest version of the Apple Devices Application for your PC? It could help avoid those corruption issues. Also, make sure your iPhone doesn't have any underlying problems, like issues with cellular service or previous errors.

Yeah, I had a similar glitch! I was stuck during the update too. If your iPhone is completely frozen during the update, you might try force restarting it, then try the update again. It worked for me!
