I recently purchased a used RTX 3070 that was previously mined with, and I've been running some tests on it. While using FurMark to check performance, I noticed that the GPU temperature reached 70°C, and the hotspot temp spiked to around 92°C. Is this temperature range acceptable for a graphics card? What other tests should I run to ensure it's functioning properly?

Honestly, you could just play some games for a couple of hours to really test it out. Real-world usage will give you a better idea than stress tests like FurMark since we don’t stress test daily. Just enjoy some gaming and see how it performs!
This post had me thinking you’d share something shocking, but it looks like everything's working as expected! Just make sure not to take those temps lightly in the long run. Keep monitoring them during extended usage.
Haha, yeah it turned out pretty normal! I'll definitely keep an eye on the temperatures moving forward.
That temp range sounds fine to me! A lot of GPUs can handle higher temps without issues, especially during testing. As long as you're not seeing thermal throttling or crashes, you should be good. Just keep an eye on it during gaming sessions as well.
Thanks for the reassurance! I'm glad to hear that it's normal.

Sounds like a plan! I'll give it a shot later.
