I'm currently selecting parts for a budget-friendly PC. I'll be using an RTX 3050 graphics card and a Ryzen 5 5500 processor, plus some RGB lighting in my case. Do you think a 550W power supply will be sufficient for this setup?

Your build is pretty low on power consumption, so a 550W PSU should work perfectly. You even have some headroom for future upgrades!

Yes, a 550W power supply should be more than enough for your build. It's efficient and should cover the RTX 3050 and Ryzen 5 5500 without any issues.

You can check out Newegg's power supply calculator; it really simplifies figuring out what you need. Here’s the link: [Newegg Power Supply Calculator](https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator).

I also like using the MSI power supply calculator for my builds! Here’s the link if you're interested: [MSI Power Supply Calculator](https://www.msi.com/power-supply-calculator).
