Hey everyone! I'm wondering if my current setup can handle an RTX 5070. I have a Gigabyte Windforce SFF Triple Fan 12G version of the card, and I'm using a Thermaltake Smart BM2 650W 80+ Bronze PSU. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600X, a B550M Mortar motherboard, a 240mm AIO cooler, 4 ARGB fans, 2 500GB SSDs, and a 1TB 7200RPM HDD. Right now, I have a 3060 Ti in there.
Also, if the PSU can do it, is it okay to daisy chain a single PCI-E 8x2 pin cable from the PSU, connecting both ends with the 12V-2x6 adapter that comes with the GPU? Or would I need a second PCI-E 8 pin cable? For reference, the RTX 5070 has a TDP of 250W, while my 3060 Ti has a TDP of 200W. The semi-modular PSU has extra PCI-E slots free. Thanks!

In my experience, a 650W PSU won't cut it for this setup. When I used PCPartPicker, it indicated I'd need at least 699W, so I upgraded to a 750W modular PSU. Plus, mine came with a dedicated high power cable for the GPU, which was a nice bonus!
But why does it show 473W for mine? I left out some RGB strips and peripherals that shouldn't draw much.
