Hey folks, I'm looking for some clarity on whether the deployment of the cloud-intelligence-dashboards-framework from the AWS Solutions Library on GitHub is included in standard AWS support. Can anyone shed some light on this?

When you mention being covered by standard AWS support, what exactly do you mean? It's a bit vague. If you're referring to the standard support without a plan, then no, that won't cover it. You would only get account and billing support. But if you have a support plan like Developer, Business, or Enterprise, that still doesn't mean you'll get full end-to-end support for solutions like CUDOS. There’s no specific option for 'CUDOS' or 'CID Dashboard' when you create a support case. But you can still reach out to the team for the specific components like Quicksight. They might guide you in the right direction at least!
Thanks for clarifying! I apologize for my English, it's not my strong suit. We do have a Developer support plan and I was hoping someone with experience in CUDOS could tell me if upgrading to Business support would help with that. I noticed the MIT license in the repo which makes me wonder if AWS would even support deploying CUDOS under any plan. Honestly, the deployment process for CUDOS is pretty clunky; it definitely needs some work.
