From my experience, CloudWays has been declining over the years. The tech support is still reliable, but customer support has taken a hit. Just be cautious about using the Rackspace email add-on—there have been some real deliverability issues, and it took months to resolve certain blacklisting problems with Microsoft. Those issues were definitely a deal-breaker for me!
