I'm looking to build a custom PC but currently have an Alienware Aurora R16 with an Intel i9-14900K and a 4070 Ti Super. I'm considering swapping the case and motherboard, and I have a few questions: Can I use my existing power supply, or will I need a new one? Is my AIO cooler reusable? Plus, what kind of costs am I looking at for these changes?

Does your motherboard have a standard 24 pin ATX power connector? If not, that could complicate things even further.
You might be able to reuse the PSU, but I wouldn't count on the AIO. Honestly, it might not be worth the effort just for a case swap. If you're planning upgrades in the future, then it could make more sense.
You might run into some issues with this. The motherboard is likely a custom design from Dell, so you'd need to plan on swapping the case, power supply, and motherboard all at once. It could turn out to be more complicated than you expect.
The R16 has a proprietary motherboard meant specifically for that system, so it won't fit into a standard case unless you're skilled with metalwork and can modify one. Also, a regular motherboard wouldn’t fit into the Alienware case either.
There really isn't a performance gain that's worth the hassle and expense of doing this.
You'll probably have to get a new power supply, but your AIO cooler should be reusable. Expect to spend around $100 to $150 for a decent new PSU.
