I turned on my PC after not using it for a while, and now I'm stuck on the lock screen. There's a spinning loading icon, but nothing happens when I try to click on my user account. I can only move the cursor around, and I want to know if there's a way to fix this, preferably by restarting the PC since I can't do anything else right now.

Have you tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del? Sometimes that can help bring up the options to restart your computer. If a hard reset doesn't fix it, you might wanna look into disabling the lock screen entirely in the future to avoid this hassle.

I gave Ctrl+Alt+Del a shot, but it didn’t work for me. I even tried accessing the command box, but it didn’t respond. This has never happened to me before, either!

I ran into a similar issue! That infinite loading can be a pain. If you can manage to restart your PC and it keeps happening, you might need to look into possible system updates or repairs.
