I'm currently using DDR4 in my PC and I'm considering whether it's worth it to upgrade to 64GB using two sticks of DDR4. However, I'm also thinking about getting a new motherboard and switching to DDR5. What should I do?

If you decide to get a new motherboard for DDR5, you'll probably also need to buy a new CPU, as current Intel and AMD CPUs exclusively support DDR5. If you're using DDR4 right now, you might be on an older platform.
Before you jump to 64GB of RAM, consider how much you're actually using. If you're currently at 32GB, that might be sufficient. Just make sure your new upgrades align with your actual needs!
Exactly! I was running 32GB without any issues. With my new 5070Ti, I realized my limitations were coming from my monitor, not my RAM.
