I recently upgraded to a 5080 GPU and I'm using a Ryzen 5 7600x with a 4K 240Hz monitor. Since I mainly play games at 4K, I understand that the 7600x should handle it well and the GPU might be the real bottleneck. I'm wondering if I should consider getting a Ryzen 7 9800x3d, especially since Black Friday is coming up. What do you all think?

Keep in mind that some games, particularly city builders, might benefit from the 3D V-Cache of the 9800x3D. You might see improvements in 0.1% or 1% lows, but honestly, you can find cheaper X3D CPUs that perform similarly, so I'd suggest looking into those instead.
You probably don't need to upgrade! Since you're playing at 4K, your GPU is doing most of the heavy lifting, and the 7600x is modern enough to keep pace. Only consider the 9800x3D if you're into competitive shooters and can’t hit 240 FPS to match your monitor—otherwise, the performance difference isn't really worth it for most games.
The 7600x is still an excellent choice. I’d save your money for something else!
