I'm really frustrated with Meta (Facebook) right now. My account, which I've had for about ten years, just got banned. I totally understand that I didn't have time to address this sooner, but it's ridiculous that they don't seem to have any normal or even decent backup options for users. How can a big company like this not provide a way to recover my information? It feels like Mark Zuckerberg is more concerned with getting richer than helping users like me. Does anyone know if there's any way to get my info back or alternatives I can try?

It sounds tough! Have you tried looking up their policy, Rule 2.2? Sometimes, there might be something in their guidelines that can guide you better.
Unfortunately, only Meta has access to your account data, and if they can't retrieve it, you might need to create a new page. It's a bummer, but that's the situation right now.
I get that, but it's really frustrating that they don't even have an email address for complaints! It's like we're just left in the dark.
What is Rule 2.2? I haven't heard of that before!
