I'm considering a job offer in Indiana as a network deploy technician with a pay rate of $28/hr. Currently, I make $26/hr in California. I'm curious about what this job entails and whether moving to Indiana would be a good career move overall. Can anyone share their thoughts or experiences?

I moved from Indiana to California and my career took off. I was making $72k in Indiana, but then jumped to $150k in California. The opportunities are far better here, and the job market is much more vibrant. Don't settle for Indiana unless you really have to.
