I'm looking for feedback on my current PC build featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Here's the complete list of components:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor ($638.98)
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM ($48.90)
- Motherboard: MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI ATX AM5 ($294.99)
- Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 ($229.99)
- Storage: Western Digital WD Blue SN5000 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD ($164.99)
- Video Card: Asus PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB ($1089.00)
- Case: Fractal Design Pop XL Air ATX Full Tower Case ($159.99)
- Power Supply: Corsair RM850x 850 W Fully Modular ($164.99)

Total cost comes to $2791.83. Can I make this setup more budget-friendly without compromising performance?

You could save about $35 if you switch to a Montech Century II or a Lian Li Edge for the power supply. Also, consider that you might be able to trim around $30 to $50 off the motherboard price and $30 to $80 off the case if you look for alternatives. Those changes could help lower the total cost a bit.

For sure! That Century II is a solid choice. Just a heads up though, the Edge connectors can be a bit tricky to fit standard cases. I had issues with those on my build as well.

Do you think the cooling setup you've got will be sufficient for your build?
