I recently discovered that my i9 12900kf has become bent due to heat after I installed a new water cooler. Now, my PC won't even boot; the fans start up but then abruptly shut off. Am I looking at replacing the CPU as my only solution?

First off, is the CPU permanently bent, or is it just bending because of the cooler's mounting pressure? If it's just from the mount, you might be able to fix it by getting a contact frame or just loosening those screws — especially if you cranked them down too tight. Tighten them evenly, too!
I actually had my CPU in hand and it’s definitely bent. Can show you a pic if you'd like.
Just so you know, heat isn't likely the cause of the bending; it's usually due to improper installation of the cooler.
Maybe it was my fault, but I've read posts from others claiming their i9 12900k bent from heat.
I added an Imgur link with pics. Please don’t laugh at my situation!
