Hey everyone! I'm a bit concerned about my new PC build. My CPU, an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, is idling at around 60°C according to HWMonitor, which seems high compared to my last PC that had much cooler temps. The core temperatures sit between 45-50°C, so I'm unsure if I should be worried about the package temperature. My room temperature is warmer lately, about 25°C, and I haven't run any demanding apps, just a few light background tasks after startup. Here's a shot of my case and fan setup. The fans are configured as they came, with blue arrows showing intake and red for exhaust. Do you think I should check the thermal paste application? Also, the case has a mesh front panel I could swap out, but I'm not sure if it'll help much given the fan placement. Any advice would be appreciated!

60°C is pretty normal for a Ryzen 5 when idle, so you shouldn’t worry too much. Many users report similar temperatures with their Ryzen CPUs. It's likely just fine!
I definitely should've looked up the typical idle temps for my CPU. I was worried because my old Intel CPU idled much cooler!
