Is My Current PC Upgradeable or Should I Buy a New One?

I currently have a gaming rig with the following specs: an RTX 2060 GPU, an Intel i7-4770 CPU running at 3.4 GHz, a Fujitsu D3222-B1 motherboard, and 16GB of RAM. With a budget of $600 to $800, I'm trying to figure out if it's worth upgrading this setup or if it's better to invest in a completely new PC. Any advice?

Honestly, I think you're better off getting a whole new PC. Upgrading can sometimes cost almost as much as getting a new rig, especially with those older components. Plus, you'd miss out on the advancements in performance.

Thanks for your input! If I decided to buy a new setup, is this deal worth considering? For about $1000 I can get an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F, RTX 5060TI (16GB), 32GB RAM DDR5, 1TB S5D m.2, and a cool RGB case.
