I have a CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR Gaming PC featuring an Intel Core i9-14900KF processor, a GeForce RTX 4070 Super GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 2TB PCIe Gen4 SSD. I'm planning to upgrade the power supply unit (PSU) for a better GPU in the future, but I'm wondering if I can do that without needing to replace the motherboard. The i9 is amazing as it is! Also, I have a Dell prebuilt that couldn't be upgraded because it uses proprietary parts. Does CyberPower use proprietary parts, or are they standard enough for future upgrades?

You're good to go with the upgrades! CyberPowerPCs generally use standard parts, so replacing the PSU and GPU down the road should be pretty straightforward. Just keep in mind that while you'll be able to swap out components, the specific case and motherboard model might have some quirks, especially if they trimmed costs with parts. But overall, you should have no problem making those upgrades!
Yeah, from what I've seen, they typically use standard components. I actually upgraded my girlfriend's CyberPower build with a better CPU, RAM, GPU, and PSU, and it worked without a hitch! It even had the necessary mounting points for a different motherboard. Just keep an eye out for the size of your case and the specific components you're considering.
Nice! Also, will a 5090 GPU fit in that case without issues?

Awesome! Just to confirm, will a 5090 fit in that CyberPower setup?
