Hey everyone! I'm diving into building my first gaming PC and I'm looking for some feedback on my parts. I want a system that can handle games like Elden Ring and Baldur's Gate. I'm open to spending a bit more if necessary but want to avoid going overboard with overkill. I just started learning about PC components yesterday, so I'd really appreciate insights from those with more experience. Here's what I've picked out so far:

- Intel Core i5-14400F
- Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE cooler
- ASRock B760M Steel Legend motherboard
- G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32GB RAM
- Kingston KC3000 2TB SSD
- RX 9070 XT (I'm undecided on the model, planning to choose the most affordable)
- Lancool 216 Case
- MSI MAG A750GL power supply
- Lenovo Legion R27qe monitor

By the way, my budget is around 2000 USD, and I'm based in Poland. Thanks for any advice!

Just a heads up, I'd avoid Intel chips. They can be pricey and sometimes don’t offer the best performance for gaming at that price point. Definitely look into Ryzen options; they might give you more bang for your buck!

I suggest you consider switching to a Ryzen 7 7700 with a B650 motherboard instead. You'll get around 10% better single-core performance and 30% more power in multi-core tasks, plus the price is pretty similar. It might give you a little extra boost for gaming and other workloads!

It might be helpful to know the specific country and budget you're working with. But from what I see, aiming for around 2000 in USD (about 7000 PLN) sounds reasonable for a solid gaming build these days!

Make sure you choose the RX 9070 XT based on your budget but check the model reviews to ensure you're getting good value. Some versions can vary in cooling and performance!
