Your build looks quite solid for a first-timer! I'd suggest looking for RAM with CL30 instead of CL36 to get a slight performance boost, but overall it’s good! Also, consider what type of gaming or tasks you'll be doing to make sure it fits your needs.
How much of a difference does RAM latency really make? I'm buying my RAM in a bundle deal and don’t want to miss out too much.
