You might want to look into purchasing the CPU bundle at Microcenter if you can — the 7600X would be a great upgrade for gaming as the improvements over the 9600X are pretty minimal. Also, consider RAM with a lower CAS latency, like CL30, for better performance. Regarding storage, a 2TB SSD can often be found for around $120 which could save you some hassle down the line. Your monitor seems pretty pricey for a 1080p, I've seen some alternatives under $200 that have similar specs.
