I feel you on wanting to future-proof your build, but with RAM prices as they are, 32GB should suffice for all modern games right now. You might save a bunch and use that cash to get a higher-capacity PCIe 4 SSD instead of a PCIe 5; the performance difference isn’t that noticeable for gaming anyway.
