I'm gearing up to build my first serious gaming PC, and I'm feeling a bit nervous about it! I'm planning to place my order tomorrow, and I would love some feedback on my build:

- **Motherboard**: AM5 MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI (DDR5)
- **Graphics Card**: RTX 5070 12 GB MSI SHADOW 3X (OC/D7)
- **RAM**: DDR5 (5600) 16GB KINGSTON FURY BEAST x1
- **Storage**: M.2 PCIe 4.0 1 TB WD SN5000 BLUE x2
- **Power Supply**: 850W CORSAIR SERIES RM 850E
- **Processor**: RYZEN 7 7800X3D (no fan included)
- **Cooling**: COOLER MASTER MASTERLIQUID 240L CORE ARGB

I currently have a second-hand setup with a 1050 Ti and a basic i3, which has served me well, but I'm excited to step up my game. I'd really appreciate any advice!

I agree with going for dual sticks of RAM. Single channel can really hold back your system. If you're thinking about possible future upgrades, going for 32GB can be a great choice too! I personally have the Ryzen 5 7600X3D paired with the 5070, and it runs like a dream. Just think about what suits your future plans!

Got it, looks like I’m leaning towards 32GB! Thanks for the advice!

Single-channel RAM can be a performance bottleneck, especially in gaming. Two sticks can help a lot in terms of speed and efficiency, so it's definitely worth considering!

Appreciate it! I’ll make sure to take this into account.

Your build looks solid overall! Just a heads up, though—consider getting two RAM sticks instead of one. Dual-channel RAM is better for performance, especially in gaming. You might want to go with 2x8GB to maximize your system’s potential!

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely aim for 16x2.
