I have a Ryzen 7 5800x, and I'm seeing high CPU utilization in the 80s, while my GPU usage is only in the 30s. Are you gaming at 1080p? If so, you might want to consider upgrading to a 1440p monitor to really push your GPU. Personally, I use a Ryzen 5800x with a 3080 at 3440x1440, and I've found that the 5070 would suit that resolution even better with our CPUs.
