A couple of things to note: I currently don't have a GPU, and it'll be some time before I can get one. Also, my PSU might seem a bit overkill, but I factored in the estimated load plus a little extra in case I decide to buy a 4070ti later. By the way, I'm from Peru, so I'm mentioning that because I heard it could be relevant for recommendations! Any suggestions on changes?

It really depends on what you plan to do with your build. If you're mainly gaming, consider future-proofing with a good GPU when you can. Also, make sure your PSU is from a reputable brand so that it handles any future upgrades.
Yeah, I agree! It's also good to future-proof your system as much as possible.
