Is My PC Build Sufficient for Gaming, Streaming, and Video Editing?

I'm planning to build a new PC with the following components: a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, 32GB (2x16) DDR5 RAM, a B850M AM5 motherboard, a 2TB NVMe SSD, and an 850W power supply. I'm also debating whether to use a water cooler or an air cooler, with the Corsair 360RS being a contender. I'm currently in Canada but will be relocating to Brazil and aim to support my gaming, streaming, and work in motion design and video editing. I need a system that can handle a variety of games, from indie titles to the latest AAA games, all within a budget of CAD$4500. Any advice on the build quality and recommendations for traveling with PC components would be greatly appreciated!
