Is My PSU Enough for the AERO RTX 5080?

I'm putting together a new PC and I'm using a Gigabyte AERO RTX 5080 graphics card. My power supply unit (PSU) is the Corsair RM 850, which has 2 PCIe 8-pin (6+2) connectors. The GPU box mentions it requires either 3 PCIe 8-pin connectors or one 16-pin connector. Does this mean I need an extra connector? I've seen some comments online mentioning an adapter might be included with the GPU, but I'm unsure if the 2 connectors I have will suffice. This is my second build, so any guidance is really appreciated! Thanks!

Did you just get the RM 850? The current model is kind of like the 2023 version, the RM RMe, which doesn’t include the necessary 12VHPWR/12V-2x6 cable for the newer Nvidia GPUs. You can buy Corsair's Type 4 12V-2x6 cable separately if you need it; it'll work with any RM model. Just double-check!

I did buy it from Best Buy on April 5th, and I looked it up! It actually says on the website it has 4 PCIe 8-pin connectors in the box, but the box itself says it only has 2. Kind of confusing!
