Hey everyone! I recently put together a new PC and I've run into a strange issue with my RAM. Here are the specs:
- Motherboard: MSI B550M-PRO-VDH WIFI
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz
Here's the situation: At first, everything ran smoothly. However, I began experiencing freezes (both video and audio) whenever I bumped the desk where my PC is placed, leading to a Blue Screen of Death with the error message IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
After some troubleshooting, I discovered that my PC will only boot when **Stick A** is installed. If I try booting with **Stick B**—either on its own or with Stick A—the screen goes black, and it fails to POST. I've also tested Stick B in every slot, but it still won't work.
I got the RAM second-hand, so I don't have any warranty or refund options. Do you think Stick B is dead for sure, or is there anything else I could try before giving up on it? Thanks a lot for your input!

It does sound like Stick B might be toasted, especially since your system runs fine with Stick A. I’d still suggest reaching out to the manufacturer; they might offer a replacement or some guidance. You never know unless you ask!

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll contact them and see what they say. It's odd that it just stopped working.
