I recently bought a second-hand RTX 3080 from someone in Bangalore who assured me it was working perfectly. They even promised to provide their Aadhaar card as assurance but never did. Now, I'm facing issues when I connect the GPU to my motherboard; it shows a VGA light. The graphics card is a PNY XLR8 RTX 3080 with three fans, and while two of those fans spin, one flickers. The RGB lights up fine, but there's no display at all. All other components in my PC seem fine. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Here are my specs: MSI M460 M Pro motherboard, 16GB of RAM, and a Corsair 750W power supply.

What platform did you use to buy it? If you can, try to file a return or dispute the transaction.
Have you tried plugging the GPU into a different PC? It sounds like it might be dead if it's not working anywhere else.
I can't return it right now; the seller has gone silent on me.
