I recently got a mini PC, and I'm having a hard time installing trusted applications like Chrome, Steam, and Avast. Every time I try to install them, I keep running into the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Could this mean I have a faulty copy of Windows 11? I really want to avoid the hassle of returning the PC. Is there something I might be overlooking?

In my experience, Avast was the culprit for similar crashes. I re-downloaded the installer, and it worked just fine after that. You might want to try that too.
